I don’t plan on going full vegan quite yet, it’s just much too inconvenient for the time being and I’m barely getting enough calories as is. So, for now, I’ll be trying to buy as many of my staple products in their vegan variations as possible. For instance, I’m using hemp and flax seed milk, cheese made with almonds, and tempeh bacon, as well as keeping a stock of fresh and frozen greens, vegetables, and fruits.
My plan is that over time my kitchen will be dominated by vegan products, making the switch simple and easy. I’ve already been trying to cook my vegan foods as much as possible, it’s been delicious.
