Today I went with FCI to an all-day leadership conference in Edmond, about an hour and a half out. It was exhausting. But never boring.
I got especially excited and invested when one of the speakers, Craig Groeschel, spoke about the importance of systems in business. He mentioned that those with strong systems that are being continually improved upon and re-structured make for the most efficient, well-run organizations.
This is exactly what I want to do. I want to create innovations that improve the quality of my organization’s product, service and atmosphere.
Efficiency and self-awareness are things I truly admire, both in an individual and a business.
I want to create more of it.
