This update is coming a little late, I have no excuses except for the Thanksgiving holiday.
So, during week three of my portfolio project, I worked on Zendesk, a really robust and convenient customer relations management software. This online software allows you to keep all your customer relations organized in one location via a ticketing system.
While running through the program, I noticed everything worked very efficiently. Because all the “tickets” were located in one central place and you didn’t have to log in to multiple sites it allowed for more time dedicated to accurately answering customer inquiries.
I thoroughly enjoyed using Zendesk for the short time that I did, if I’m ever dealing with a large customer base I would be very likely to use it again.
